You can return the merchandise to us as long as you communicate your intention within 7 days after receiving the order and as long as you keep its packaging in optimal condition. Whenever the return is due to product defects, www.gallopinggoodies.es assumes the shipping costs caused by the return. You can replace it or replace it with other items.

If the reasons for return are beyond www.gallopinggoodies.es, that is, if the merchandise is in perfect condition but you still want to return it, you must send the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition. The expenses incurred for the return will NOT be borne by www.gallopinggoodies.es.

Special manufacturing and/or custom made items are not accepted for returns or exchanges.
